When selecting a particular product, it’s important to pay attention to the delivery date indicated above “add to your order”, as it may take from 24 to 48 hours to be processed, depending on the product and the time the order is placed.
Products are grouped according to their delivery date to form shipments within the same order. To be be sent separately if the sum of the products in each shipment amounts to the minimum quantity to qualify for free shipping (see conditions: shipping costs). Alternatively, all products will be sent together according to the longer delivery time. If you have selected cash on delivery as your payment method, you will still receive your order according to the longer delivery time.
Once you place the order, you will receive an email with the details of the order you have placed. Later, you will receive a second email when the order has been processed and shipped, with the tracking number so you can track and know where your package is at all times.
Every time a shipment leaves our facilities, we will notify you via email. For example, if your order has two shipments, you will receive two emails, the first notifying that shipment 1 of 2 has been sent and the second when shipment 2 of 2 has left our facilities.
The transport company will also send you a link so that you can manage your order directly with them.
It is from this moment that the delivery period starts.
