When selecting a particular product, it’s important to pay attention to the delivery date indicated above “add to your order”, as it may take from 24 to 48 hours to be processed, depending on the product and the time the order is placed.
Example:
If you select products with different delivery dates, your order may consist of more than one shipment.
Direct Stock refers to available products at our main warehouse that are ready to be sent immediately.
Indirect Stock refers to products that aren’t located at our main warehouse but that are available in a secondary warehouse. These products have to be shipped to our main warehouse to be sent to our customers.
If you make your purchase before 12:00, we will receive your products the next day. If, on the other hand, you place your order after 12:00, we’ll receive your products within 48 hours.
Products are grouped according to their delivery date to form shipments within the same order. To be be sent separately if the sum of the products in each shipment amounts to the minimum quantity to qualify for free shipping (see conditions: shipping costs). Alternatively, all products will be sent together according to the longer delivery time. If you have selected cash on delivery as your payment method, you will still receive your order according to the longer delivery time.
When a shipment leaves our facilities, we will notify you by email. If your order contains two shipments, you’ll receive separate emails notifying you about each one.
It is from this moment that the delivery period starts.

Orders placed before 17:00 (on working days) will reach the selected parcel shop within a period of 3-6 days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. When choosing a parcel shop, you can consult its opening hours so that you can collect your parcel after receiving the notification. If the order is delivered to the Point Pack and the shop is subsequently closed for holidays or for any other reason beyond Perfumerías San Remo's control, you will have to wait for it to reopen.
