- Register with Perfumerías San Remo.
- Add your items to the basket.
- Complete your order.
- Choose payment method and shipping company.
- Receive your order.
It is very important to check the reception date of each product at the time of purchase, as it may vary depending on direct stock (products available in the main warehouse) and indirect stock (products available in the secondary warehouse), usually between 48 and 72 hours. Therefore, if you purchase products with different reception dates, you may receive them in one or multiple shipments.
The products are grouped based on their delivery date, forming shipments within the same order. They will be sent independently if the total value of the products in each shipment meets the minimum amount for free shipping (see conditions: shipping costs). Otherwise, all products will be sent together in one shipment according to the delivery time of the latest shipment. In the case that you selected cash on delivery as the payment method, you will also receive your order according to the longer delivery time.
Once you place the order, you will receive an email with the details of the order you have placed. Later, you will receive a second email when the order has been processed and shipped, with the tracking number so you can track and know where your package is at all times.
Every time a shipment leaves our facilities, we will notify you via email. For example, if your order has two shipments, you will receive two emails, the first notifying that shipment 1 of 2 has been sent and the second when shipment 2 of 2 has left our facilities.
Finally, it is very important that upon delivery of the order, you check before signing for receipt that the package is in perfect condition (see conditions: Damaged package or broken item).
