You can download your invoices at any time from the “orders” section of your account.
To do this, you must add a billing address, then you’ll be able to view your invoice as soon as your order has been delivered. It is important for you to know that the billing address of the parcel is independent of the delivery address, but must correspond to the same country where the parcel was delivered.
If you need invoices for orders placed prior to the time you filled out your billing address, please contact our Customer Service department so they can be activated.
