"When will I receive my order?"
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number so that you can track your parcel. The shipping company will also send you a link so that you can manage your order directly with them.
It is from this moment that the delivery process starts.
Depending on the transport company selected in your order, delivery times may vary:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number. If you click on it, you can check the exact location of your order, as well as the address and opening hours of the selected collection point.
Once your order arrives at the selected pick-up point, you will receive a notification from Mondial Relay via SMS and email informing you that your order is now available and waiting to be collected. If a week passes and the order has not been collected, you will receive a second email as a reminder.
If you choose this delivery method, the time slot in which you can collect your package will always depend on the opening hours of the selected collection point, which may sometimes include weekends.
The order will remain at the collection point for 8 days. If it is not collected within this period, it will be automatically returned to our facilities.
Orders will be delivered between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays.
Once your order has been collected by the transport company, GLS will send you an email notification, providing you with the tracking number and the details of the branch responsible for delivering your order, in case you need to manage it. Through these notifications, you can change the delivery date, provide a new address, request delivery without a signature, collect from a parcel shop, or pick up from a depot. Once the order is out for delivery, you will receive a second notification.
The service contracted with GLS includes two delivery attempts, which will be made on consecutive days whenever possible. This means that if your order is out for delivery today and cannot be delivered, they will automatically attempt delivery the next day unless you inform them otherwise.
If both delivery attempts fail, your order will be held at the branch, waiting to be collected. If 10 days pass after the order arrives at its destination and it has not been collected, it will be automatically returned to our facilities.
Orders are delivered between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday, except on public holidays.
Once your order is at the DPD Group warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your package. When the order reaches its destination, you will receive a second email informing you that the delivery will take place the following day. This email will include a link allowing you to modify the delivery date, change the address (provided the delivery is made from the same location as the courier), or request collection at a pick-up point. Finally, you will receive a third email notification when your order is out for delivery.
The service contracted with DPD Group includes one delivery attempt. If the delivery fails, the courier will notify you by email and provide the option to collect your order from a pick-up point.
If 10 days pass after the notification and the package has not been collected, your order will be automatically returned to the sender.
