An order may be in dispute due to a number of factors. If this happens to your order, the shipping company will send you a notification by SMS to let you know.
Subsequently, they may try to reach you by phone to arrange a new delivery date with you, so it is very important that you have an up to date phone number in your account.
If you would prefer not to wait for the shipping company to contact you and you would like to contact them first, you will need to provide them with your tracking number, which you will be able to find in the email we sent you confirming that your order had been dispatched along with the location of the offices where your order is located. You can also track your order through the shipping company.
The service contracted between Perfumerías San Remo and GLS includes up to two delivery attempts so that if it has not been possible to deliver your order in the first delivery, you can arrange a second one. In contrast, with DPD Group there will only be one delivery attempt.
On the other hand, if you select InPost Pick Up Point for the delivery of your parcel, this will not happen as the order will be automatically deposited at the collection point.
