There are two ways to track your order:

You can view your order status in the orders section of “My Account”. The possible statuses are as follows:

• Pending: your order is waiting to be confirmed for packaging by our warehouse staff.
• Awaiting review: orders that for some reason need to be reviewed by one of our agents before being confirmed will be placed in this status.
• Awaiting payment: all orders paid by bank transfer will be given this status until the payment has been confirmed. At this point, the order will change to the confirmed status.
• Order confirmed: your order is now ready to be packaged by our warehouse staff.
• Processing: your order has been processed and will stay in this status until it has been delivered.
• Failed: for some reason, the shipping company has not been able to deliver the order.
• Processed: your order has been delivered.
